My name is Kinga Panufnik.

I have gathered much experience. I have a family, and I have been working in business for years. Now I run my own business.

I fully experience joy in life, so I maintain my spiritual well-being by lying on ancient Dolmens in Russia, meditating in Japanese temples, and diving in Balinese rivers.

Every step I take, no matter if it is a ritual with a shaman or making dinner for my kids, or preparing an investment appraisal, gives me a lot of joy. It is a beautiful lesson in being present in the here and now.
